Grenache, one of the most widely cultivated red grapes in the world, and the world-renowned Syrah, bring their spectacular aroma and flavour properties in a unique blend.
This young wine is the fruit of a careful process, with a brief passage through wood that make it intense, tasty and full. Winemaking is done separately for each variety. The grapes are destemmed and, without squeezing, they undergo cold maceration for a week. Once the coupage is made, the wine is passed into the new French and American oak barrels, where it will remain for about 4 months.
Elegido Grenache-Syrah has a dark ruby color, similar to that of ripe cherries.
There can be found aromas of red fruits, spices and a slight Mediterranean touch typical of the Grenache in the nose.
This excellent wine is round and silky on the palate, with a great personality and an impeccable finish.
