The Tempranillo grape is a variety from Spain and it is usually designated as the “noble grape” there.
To elaborate this excellent rosé wine, grapes are taken to the winery where they are crushed and pressed.
The first must obtained, is taken to stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature at 10ºC for some hours in their own skins in order to achieve its nice color. Afterwards, an alcoholic fermentation is done at a controlled temperature between 15ºC and 17ºC obtaining its fruity aromas, characteristics from the grapes.
Elegido Tempranillo is a brilliant wine with a pale rosé color and bluish hues.
Its intense aromas are of red fruits as cherries and berries, with slight tropical notes, conferring complexity to the wine.
In the mouth, this excellent rosé wine is fresh, balsamic and well balanced, with a long and persistent after taste.
